WHAT WE HAVE DONE - Hope Harbour
Hope Harbour 4212, Queensland, Australia – an integrated commercial harbour, originally developed by Lund’s Marina Developments Pty Ltd on Hope Island, northern Gold Coast. The development comprised harbour front residences onshore, with recreational marine facilities offshore within the protected deep water Harbour, Australia’s 4-1/2 star first Boatel and marine brokerage/fuelling facilities, accessing John Lund Drive. The marine industrial component, included boat-building, manufacturing and a 75-tonne shiplift hardstand marine repair facility. This integrated development continues to provide a multitude of marine related employment opportunities for the residents of Hope Harbour and the Gold Coast itself, is accessible vessels, to and from the Pacific Ocean.
The Global Lund team has moved on from Hope Harbour; and the current Global ANIEIP team (see below) is now focused on opening new business opportunities from its base on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia, into overseas destinations where the future belongs to Asia, of which Australia and New Zealand are part, from the Asia's east to the western Mediterranean.
WHAT WE ARE DOING NOW - ANIEIP
ANIEIP- is Australia's Northern Integrated Energy Industrialisation Project- an integrated agro-industrial, multi-energised infrastructure, water conservation corridor, stretching 3,500klms west from Townsville Queensland's Pacific Ocean Port, across Northern Australia, connecting to the west coast, at Port Hedland, W A's Indian Ocean Port; and intersecting the Ghan's passenger rail line connecting Adelaide in SA with Darwin in the Northern Territory. ANIEIP is intended to invite and unite Australia's international, allied partners, in securing their own energy and agro-industrial supply lines from the natural, richly mineralised, hydrocarbons-endowed and agriculturally productive northern regions of Australia, direct into the Indian Pacific, European and North American regions of the world's consumer markets.
